So Blake and I are trying to sell our Apartment Contract. I realize that a lot of people who are looking for an apartment on craigslist or on the BYUI bulletin board are probably looking to see pictures (As do I). So here is a brief explination of the apartment and a few pics!
The apartment is really big, bigger than some people would expect for a 2 bedroom apartment. There are 2 pretty big rooms, with great closet space and shelves in the closets for added storage. The bathroom is big, and well the whole place is just spacious. There is a washer and dryer included in the unit, with dishwasher and a disposal. Rent includes water, sewer, and garbage. So you pay for gas and electric, which in the winter the most we have ever paid for has only been $50. If you take over our contract, you get it as is (well, without the furniture) and we'll make sure it is super clean before you'd move in. Rent is $595 till the end of December when the contract is up.

This is the master, There are 2 sides to the closet, and it is BIG!
This is the bathroom, sorry you can't really see the most of it, but it really is big.
This is one corner of the 2nd bedroom, it is perfect for storage, a den, a study, or for that extra person. It's really worth it to have the 2nd bedroom though.
